We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or information about health, sex life, race, ethnicity, religion, union membership, immigration status, or genetic data. Please do not submit such information to us.
3. Sources of Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you when you submit an intake form, request a consultation, sign a service agreement, contact us by phone or email, or otherwise interact with the Services.
- Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, log files, and similar technologies when you visit the Site or interact with our advertisements.
- From leads generated on your behalf when a prospective customer submits their information through a landing page, click-to-call ad, or web form we operate for a client.
- From service providers and partners, including advertising platforms, analytics providers, call tracking vendors, hosting providers, payment processors, and CRM integrations.
- From publicly available sources, including business directories, professional networks, and government records.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- To generate, qualify, deliver, and audit leads on behalf of our clients;
- To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms;
- To measure advertising performance, including conversion tracking, attribution, A/B testing, and lookalike or custom audience creation where permitted;
- To process payments, invoice clients, and administer credits, refunds, and disputes;
- To communicate with you about the Services, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send administrative or transactional messages;
- To send marketing communications where you have consented or where permitted by law, and to honor opt-out requests;
- To detect, prevent, investigate, and remediate fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to perform our agreement with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- Legitimate Interests — to operate our business, secure the Services, measure and improve advertising, and communicate with existing clients, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, targeted advertising, and marketing messages where consent is required;
- Legal Obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, server-side conversion APIs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure and personalize advertising. These technologies include first-party cookies we set and third-party cookies set by partners such as Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube), Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel, Conversions API), Microsoft (UET tag), and other analytics or advertising vendors.
Where required by law, we present a consent banner allowing you to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of personalized advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance, the AdChoices program, the Network Advertising Initiative, or by adjusting your Google and Meta ad settings.
7. Advertising, Remarketing, and Platform Disclosures
Google Ads. We use Google Ads and related services, including remarketing, similar audiences, customer match, enhanced conversions, and Google Analytics 4 in conjunction with Google signals. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Site. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings. We comply with the Google Ads Personalized Advertising Policies and, where applicable, Google's EU User Consent Policy.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences to deliver and measure advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may combine information we provide with information Meta has about you. You can manage Meta advertising preferences in your Meta Accounts Center. We do not use Meta Business Tools to process information about individuals we know to be under 18, or to build audiences based on sensitive categories prohibited by Meta.
Other advertising partners. We may also advertise through Microsoft Advertising (Bing), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, each of which maintains its own privacy and advertising controls.
Do Not Track. Our Site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for California residents and other jurisdictions where required.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to:
- Our clients, when we deliver a qualified lead generated on their behalf. The client becomes an independent controller of that lead's information and is responsible for its subsequent use;
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, run analytics, provide call tracking, process payments, or otherwise support the Services;
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Sections 6 and 7;
- Professional advisors such as auditors, attorneys, and insurers;
- Government authorities and other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety;
- Acquirers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent that our use of advertising cookies constitutes "sharing" or a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws, we provide an opt-out as described in Section 11.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Lead records are typically retained for the duration of the client relationship plus up to seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissioning, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may have the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Data portability;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (to the extent we process any);
